Not the right place to post (this is where we review system
architecture), but I can offer a few suggestions:

  - The folks who support the wireless drivers hang out on
    laptop-discuss at opensolaris.org.  It's worth trying to contact
    them.

  - The project you're citing (PSARC 2009/320, providing support for
    the RT2561 via a driver called "rwd") hasn't delivered yet, so
    it's not going to work unless you get a temporary test binary from
    the developer.  You'll need to remove that "ral" entry you just
    added to your system; it's not right -- the chipsets are
    incompatible -- and it'll interfere with the real driver once
    that's delivered.
