Generally command 'cfgmaker' is used to introduce a config file for 
'mrtg' like this:
# cfgmaker public at 192.168.1.100 > mrtg.cfg
So the 'community' password is stored in the file mrtg.cfg , it's owned 
by root and could be saved in any location. The clients from web can't 
see this file since they can just access the files allowed by apache.
