Actually, I think that's *all* it contains. Other projects run epydoc
to generate documentation from the marked-up source.

Really? What "network protocols" are here? (HTML and PDF aren't
really network protocols ...)

In what way?
I'll give this a +1, even though I think the answers to the checklist
are not quite accurate. I know the underlying sourceforge project
better. :-/
