This is not correct. The email will be held for moderation which means
it may sit in a queue awaiting release or, possibly bouncing/rejection
by a moderator for some time.
The mail is not bounced automatically if you are not subscribed.
However, if you find yourself frequently posting to the lists, it
would be a nice idea to subscribe and adjust your mail filters
accordingly.
If anyone has questions about the os.org infrastructure, please direct
them to tonic-ops.
