Unless some lists are being very creative with the configurations,
mailman isn't so flexible as to allow you to bounce/reject all non-
subscribers. I'm fairly certain that isn't quite possible with current
or earlier versions of mailman as this is software engineered for the
non-technically savvy to configure and operate at the list level.
And I'm not sure if I understand the comment about changes to the
configs. Please, do, be very specific as I suspect there's a lack of
information.
