Erm... technically (at least looking at Unix SystemV (David, Glenn or
Schilly may correct me)) the precendent is to use the prefix "pseudo",
e.g. "pty" for "psuedo terminal" etc. ...
... my preference would be to follow this (e.g. use "pseudonetlink" (=
"pseudo network link")).
