10G link properties [PSARC/2009/206 Self Review]

The following automatic case is submitted on behalf of Paul Durrant, and
adds 10G Base-T link properties to the Mac layer.  If anyone has any concerns,
feel free to promote it to a fast track.

PROBLEM

dladm does not currently have linkprop names for enabling/advertisement of
the 10Gbase-T link capability. Similarly the set of statistics enumerated by
the Nemo mac_ether plugin does not cover 10Gbase-T either. This leaves a hole
in the functionality of the system when installed with a 10Gbase-T NIC.

SOLUTION

Add the following linkprop names to dladm:

adv_10gfdx_cap
en_10gfdx_cap

Add the following statistics to the mac_ether plugin:

cap_10gfdx
adv_cap_10gfdx
lp_cap_10gfdx
