awstats 6.9 is ported

Hi,
I am porting awstats 6.9 to sfw. The corresponding version is 6.7 in 
OSR, which was the latest version at that time.

The differences between 6.7 and 6.9 are related to the software features 
themselves, nothing to do with the license. Please check them to make 
sure they are OK.

Additionally 
http://sac.sfbay.sun.com/arc/PSARC/2009/158/20090306_john.cui and 
http://sac.sfbay.sun.com/arc/PSARC/2009/158/mail contain "awstats-6.7", 
and http://sac.sfbay.sun.com/arc/PSARC/2009/158/proposal.txt contains 
"awstats-6.9".  I am not sure whether they should be updated, and who is 
responsible for it. If I am legal to do it, please tell me.
