T11 Storage Management HBA API(SM-HBA) [PSARC/2008/687 FastTrack timeout 01/29/2009]]

The project team would like to make an amendment to this fasttrack as 
specified below. I believe this qualifies for self-review and does not 
need a separate fasttrack. The project has not yet integrated. An 
updated fasttrack has been placed in the materials directory. Let me 
know if there are any technical objections.

Remove support for SM-HBA Event Related APIs


The fasttrack PSARC/2008/687 was submitted for T11 Storage Management 
HBA API(SM-HBA) support on Solaris.

Support for the following optional interfaces will not be provided at 
this time and will be added and ARC'ed at a later date:

- RegisterForAdapterAddEvents
- RegisterForAdapterEvents
- RegisterForAdapterPortEvents
- RegisterForTargetEvents
- RegisterForLinkEvents  
- RemoveCallback

No other areas are affected by this change.
