Dependency ordering is already present for patchadd.  There are many
bugs on this for the pkg* tools:

  RFE 1105830 is the granddaddy of them and requests ordering
  RFE 1145132 requests pkgadd to prompt for and install dependencies
  RFE 1249489 is a related issue with pkgchk
  RFE 4795539 appears to be a dup of 1105830, as far as I can tell

There may well be other duplicates here; it's an oft-reported item.  I
think Vassili discussed the topic on install-discuss recently.  That'd
be a better place to bring it up.
