Actually, the UI design book I have that's written by two of the
OpenLook guys is one of the best I have on my shelf :) There was
certainly some stuff in OpenLook that I still miss today, like proxy
icons that represent the currently-open document. (People keep trying
to get that idea into GNOME/JDS every now and again, but there's never
quite enough interest...)
