*Program Manager*

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This Program Manager position will report into the Core Solaris 
Organization. The focus of the role will be to Program Manage the 
projects and releases that comprise the Indiana releases. Essential 
functions include:
* Coordination of releases across organizational boundaries
*Coordination of meetings to bring together required parties to generate 
the releases
* Identifying and tracking actions from meetings
* Coordination of projects in the Install/Packaging and System 
Management space

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: The successful candidate will have:
* A strong knowledge of Solaris process
* A strong track record of co-ordinating engineering teams
* Excellent communications skills
* Ability to tailor message to desired audience, and to work closely 
with engineers, management and director level contributors

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE: It is highly desirable that the candidate is a 
certified Program manager

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 to 15
MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION: BA/BSc FIELD OF STUDY: Computing/Business
ADDITIONAL COURSE WORK: Program Management qualification
