Glynn,

Just to follow up with you - thanks again for this.  In case you are
interested: I discussed with Derek and this method is used to track
files that Sun hosts already; we have no means of tracking files that we
don't host.  This was helpful and interesting for me to understand, but
I wanted to set your expectation in case you don't see an updated
download number any time soon.
