Hi Jim,

There was discussion between Stephen, Simon and Claire off the alias.
The concern was that as we cannot produce an accurate figure, only an
approximate one, and that we do not want to be perceived to be inflating
the OpenSolaris number nor do we want to portray the project as less
sucessful than it is.  Off the 3 ways to download, SDLC, BitTorrent and
Genuix, we can only measure SDLC and Genuix.

Bottom line: it is useful and interesting to people to have an idea of
how many downloads there are, but we do not want the number appearing in
news stories as we cannot stand behind it.

Like I say, I will write an email with the data that Derek generated today.
