We cannot cover the whole Sun Solaris as Sun Solaris includes things that
may never become OpenSource.

In general, it does not make sense to include things that cannot be made
OpenSource as this would exclude ports to other architectures or platforms
(e.g. PPC).

For the rest, it may make sense to name packages thay may become OpenSource
(in case there is a rough vision when the package will become OpenSource).
But note that SchilliX is evolving indepently of this as long as the
expected time for things to become OpenSource is too far in the future.
Also note that I expect other OpenSolaris distros to come up. I am sure
this will happen once I am ready to share the build system with other
people and once I got libm to compile on SchilliX. So there is a big
chance that SchilliX-0.3 is the last single non-Sun OpenSolaris
distribution.

I am interestet in the best possible binary compatibility with Sun Solaris
but I am not sure about other distros. In special, I am not sure how
people who talk about a GNU/Solaris distro like to manage this. If they
are e.g. going to replace the content of /usr/bin with the binaries you
usually find on Linux, there will be a planned deviation.

P.S. I consider the ability to correctly run scripts from Sun Solaris to
be part of the binary compatibility and for this reason even replacing
/bin/sh with bash will break this compatibility.
