I think some fairly simple English and as many other languages as you can publish in to explain the difference today between Solaris, Linux and other 'nix OSes would be the most important thing right now.

What OpenSolaris is and what it isn't is also an important message.  Roadmap will be useful here and the public will all keep an eye on it.

Comparison chart or whatever, pie charts if you like - but something visual - something that makes it real hard for a stupid guy to say 'I don't get it'.

People are going to need to be educated in order that they can make educated decisions - simple huh?  That will need soft woolly gloves to explain the pedigree of Solaris at the same time as beautiful OpenSolaris 10 is out to play with no clothes on (for want of a better analogy).
