Actually, "Sun Bear" is translated into may languages and most people in
the world know it by that. It does have a couple of other names it goes
by, "Dog Bear" (Because it's the smallest of the Bear species) "Honey
Bear" (Because of it's love of Honey and a specially adapted tounge to
retrieve the treat.) Malays sometimes call sun bears "basindo nan
Tenggil", which means "he who likes to sit high."

In German, it called

We could change it to "Sonny Sonnenbär"
