[osol-mktg] MySQL Conference

MySQL is holding a conference April 24-27, 2006 in Santa Clara.  Having 
a look at the sponsors list, Sun is a Gold sponsor, and looking at the 
exhibits list, Sun has a booth.

Can we get details on whats going to be represented at the Sun booth at 
this event?  Will OpenSolaris have a formal presence or will we need to 
organize something solo?

This is a really excellent event for us to get the word out.  MySQL is 
driving a large chunk of the market and one of the stipulations tends to 
be "open from end-to-end", which the interpret as meaning Linux... we 
need to change that perception and this is an excellent event at which 
to do that.  We'd be far more productive there than at LinuxWorld.

If we've got details, we should start planning.  If not, perhaps we need 
to start knocking on doors to work out something.
