Last time I talked to Steven Schulman about this, it was in the context
of mirroring (same problem - we can provide it for download; other
people can't). He said we would have to write a contract with whoever
wanted to mirror so that they would essentially be an OEM.
I can ask again, but I'm thinking they will be skittish - because of the
problem of restricting it to this kind of hand-out thing but preventing
people from re-distributing for a price and competing with us for our
own product.
Our lawyer is out of town next week, so I can ask when she returns -
week of 5/12.
