Most people just want it to work and work easily and more importantly, do
the thinking work for them so that they don't have to.  Thats my vision on
90% of humanity ... sorry.

Oh .. last item .. most of those 90% would really really like it if no one
asked them a question that they need to provide an answer to.

just based on my extensive observations of people in and out of the workplace.

or at least on the other end of a tech support line  :-\
