It includes some learning materials - (flash demos, documents, pointers), Belenix, Nexenta and Schillix LiveCDs, SXCR recent build, source, Nexenta install and Studio 11. We're working on making this available for free from the site, but we are not quite there yet. In the meantime, folks can burn there own DVD from the iso image found from the Starter Kit Project site.
