I know its late in the game (I'm sorry) but I agree. You need girls with 
pink hair. :)

Personally, I still prefer the banner that would have listed the number 
of users, contributions, lines of code, etc.  That really said 
something.  If I saw this banner on a website I wouldn't notice it at all.
