[osol-mktg] Anniversary T-shirt art on blue and black

Attached is the #1 artwork for the t-shirt and website. There is one on 
blue and one on black. Please let me know what you think of the artwork 
and whether you like it on blue or black. I have found a blue that 
matches the blue in the word mark.
