Could you tell me more about the book title issue? There shouldn't be
any issue at all and I'd like to help you with that.
There are specific guidelines for book titles at
http://www.sun.com/policies/trademarks/#20d that may clarify things.
There are a lot of books out there with Sun trademarks in the title.
