I agree, but don't use the "E" word, as it's on my business card.;-)

I think we're all in agreement to toss the marketing label.

Well, people need to be self sufficient also, in the sense that they need to 
become a part and get involved.

We are getting more interest and I think in some ways it's probably good to 
try and scale growth accordingly. Otherwise it could get out of hand.
