[osol-mktg] Community metrics - dialing down the frequency

All,

Previously, I have been publishing metrics on community volumes and 
trends once a month.

Due to other commitments on my time, I propose only to publish these 
figures once a quarter, so at the start of April I will publish an 
updated report to cover the period Jan-March.

If this gives anyone heartburn please let me know.
