There's a few ways to get them, commercially via

But there's other ways to get them, do something cool for/with the
opensolaris community, and hope that some kind soul notices and sends
you a free t-shirt (I can attest to this one working in the past :-)

Or visit one of the Sun tech days and be nice to the people on the
stand - you might get lucky.
