[osol-mktg] Project Proposal: OpenSolaris Picnic

I'm getting everything setup for the OpenSolaris Picnic event scheduled 
for June 16th.  I'd like to create a Marketing "Project" for 
coordination, etc.  Given the short time frame I need to fast-track the 
process.  If none of the other core contributers are opposed I plan to 
send the project request to the OGB for processing tonight/tomorrow.
