The initial "it's on" was not sold as being technical...it was not
sold as being a hackathon...it was initially sold as being only
about Indiana.

It may be worth having a short "debrief" session to look back at
this summit, what worked, what didn't, etc, while everyone is still
in SC, so that the next one has some semblence of organisation.
