Yes, but do we see these folks flocking to contribute code back?

Those people, as yourself, know the process and how it works. They have 
the knowledge and understanding, those are not the people I refer to. 
Those people as yourself are in a minority and I stated there are a few 
that do in fact have the skills. Again, you folks are in the minority.

Do you think that folks should be allowed a putback if they don't 
completely meet the test validation process?
