Hi,
Could you please look at this new problem regarding the IPS issue raised
from customer? Thanks in advance.
=====================================
Good news is that we are able to upload our package to the IPS
repository and it almost works fine.
"pkgsend import <DIR>" worked instead of "pkgsend send <DIR>".
But there is one issue with the package. PKG somehow did not interpret
the "postinstall","preremove","pkginfo" and "depend" files correctly and
manifest entry shows:
"unknown path=<filename>"
And hence, during installation "postinstall" script did not run.
For your information, all these files were situated in "<DIR>/install/"
folder.
We did not find entry for any of these files in any of already installed
SUN packages.
Are we supposed to upload them in some different way?
=============================================
BR,
Elaine
