[sam-qfs-discuss] Problem mounting qfs filesystem

When i have seen this in the past, it usually means there isn't IP 
connectivity to the metadata controller or the client. Or the hostnames 
don't match. Definetely check your hostname in /etc/hosts.ethernetint 
and make sure it matches your hosts.samfsx file.
