[sam-qfs-discuss] reset tape drive

Hi Wesley,

	As I understand it, samd stop / samd start will not take the  
filesystem offline, just communication with the archive (tape &  
library) devices.  So at worst you're looking at a brief interruption  
to your archiving/staging schedule, not an interruption of the  
filesystem itself.  Just make sure to idle your stager & archiver  
(stidle and aridle), wait for them finish any in-progress tape  
activity, and unload all the drives before issuing samd stop.

	Disclaimer:  I am not a SUN professional, just a user with one day  
more experience than I had yesterday.  :-)
