[tesla-dev] cpupm-gate is now in sync with build 86

Hi Mark,

Do we need to upgrade our build machines for this 83->86 gate merge?

My OpenSolaris build machine is running 83.
nightly builds of cpupm-gate fail with a lot of unresolved MSG_* symbols
(example MSG_DB_FINDDYNAMIC) in cmd/sgs/common/*
and unresolved "struct sockaddr_in6".

I should probably just upgrade my build server to 86?
