[tesla-dev] cpupm-gate is now in sync with build 86

Hi Mark,
I was using a copy of the local SS11 compiler instead of the version
for OpenSolaris. nightly is farther along after installing the
compiler from the OpenSolaris web page. My fingers are crossed. :-)
