My initial reaction was similar, but I then looked at the current T&B
policy draft and, based on my reading, I don't think Sun would permit
commercial usage either for anything that used the "based on
OpenSolaris" or similar marks.  If Sun wishes to permit such usage,
then they can strike those phrases from Ubuntu's policy and replace it
with wording that such usage is permitted.  But, my understanding is
that Sun doesn't wish to permit such usage.

I'd be happy to be corrected on this.  -- justin
