At the last users group meeting a question came up about sharemgr and  
whether
there is a way to export a set of shares on one machine and import  
them on
another machine.

Since sharemgr integrates with SMF, you can actually use 'svccfg  
export' and
'svccfg import' to import/export the share groups. Another advantage  
with using
sharemgr.
