Joey ... this is excellent. For those User Group Projects who are also 
in countries that have language portals, it's really cool to combine the 
efforts or at least collaborate so you can leverage one web property. It 
just seems like a simple and effective strategy. User Group Projects can 
be pages within the portal or have their own project spaces with links 
from the portal -- the choice is up to you. I'm happy to list them any 
way you want for the purposes of organization. Also, have you noticed 
that the China Portal is rapidly rising in the Google rankings? :) From 
time to time, it's on the first page of a general search on OpenSolaris! 
That's very cool ...
