I would have loved to be able to send you the soft copy. However, I 
would be violating a while lot of IPR laws of the land as well as my 
company.

However, I can loan you a hard copy should you promise to return it to 
me. :) At the moment, I have the previous version of the book. And 
hopefully, the new version sometime soon.
