   Hibernation is not present on OpenSolaris. Hibernate to RAM is 
currently being
   worked on. Hibernate to disk will take more time. You are welcome to 
work on
   this. This is an extremely complex task requiring changes in all 
drivers and modules.

   You can subscribe to the Laptop Community and inquire about the 
hibernation work.
