OpenSolaris is refers to the source code just like Linux refers to
the Kernel
source.
Solaris 10 and Solaris Express are SUN's distributions of OpenSolaris,
just like RedHat or SuSE are distributions of Linux.

Solaris 10 is the official stable supported release of Solaris
version 10 that
goes to all SUN customers. It goes through a rigorous testing and
validation
process.
Solaris Express is a beta release train of Solaris 11 (codenamed Nevada).
Solaris Express is available as an unsupported beta for Developers and
Users who like to be on the bleeding edge.
Obviously folks are encouraged to discuss OpenSolaris and Solaris Express
stuff on the technical mailing lists.

Most of Solaris 10 is opensourced. However there are some additional
stuff including third-party software that are not available in source
form.
