Some important newbie information:
1. Username "root" , password "belenix".

2. The bash shell is not as "advanced" as the bash shell under most
Linux distros is e.g, the "left arrow" doesn't work.

3. In the shell mode, you get annoyingly loud beeps in case you make
typing mistakes (such as too many backspaces, pressing the tab key for
command completion whereas the command doesn't really exist, etc).
Moinak Ghosh, one of the Belenix developers and a list member, gave me
a tip that works. I use the screen program. Just run screen, and you
don't get the beeps any more.

4. In X, you could issue the command "xset b off" from within a web
browser to turn off beeps in X Windows.

5. You can install Belenix with the command "hdinstaller". The UI is a
bit unconventional, but it works. In case you're interested in
installing Belenix onto your computer, write to the list. I just hope
to write some documentation soon, though.
