Does anyone have any comments on a potential project for BE students?

hello sir,
We have a project idea for Solaris . The idea is that
creating an Boot Authentication System which will require a mobile for
authentication. At time of boot the p.c will require user name ,
password ,and a 10-digit serial key .The p.c will also display a 5 digit
random number. The random number is given as input to the mobile which
generates the serial code to be entered on to the P.C at boot time. The
Authentication will use 10 different algorithm
which will be selected dynamically.
Key Features:
1>Even if the hacker knows the user name and password he canot login
without the mobile.
2>Totally 10 serial key algorithms will be used so difficult to know
which algorithm will be used.
3>Dynamically the algorithms will be selected and authenticated.
4>If the password fails it will be logged and intimated to the user.
We understand that this project doesnt use any of the good advantages of
Solaris such as ZFS,Zones,Dtrace and all .But we want to start of this
project and extended it by adding USB for this Authentication,A.I in
Solaris G.U.I , Process Management and so on...
I would like to know your ideas based on this project and other
enhancements.
