[ug-bosug] CDE development libraries ?

Hey folks:

I'm busy porting something to Solaris.

(No, it's not Firefox, I'm good a building some versions of Firefox

I need to link some code against the CDE libraries. I'm on Solaris
Community edition build 55 (with Sun Studio 11 included).

Who do I talk to for getting information on :
- whether the CDE development libraries are free to download and make use of
- whether they run on Solaris 10 (I think they do, because one can
choose to run either CDE or Gnome with Solaris 10)
