In that case
[1] we should have something like a Xen or VMware appliance of Belenix
that guarantees it works. Give it away on the first day and ask people
to come back the next day with their systems loaded with
it.(transferring huge images on the day just before the event can be
painful, already experienced during the recently held event)
[2] After 5pm, have a small install fest for 2hours and install it so
that it can be used the next day.

Any possibility of problems *on the day* is a *no no*.

Also, if people work on bite-sized-bugs, then it should probably be on
SXDE and not Belenix. Even for Belenix, the current development
platform is SXDE.
