VMware image cannot be resized, but it can be growable !
Also, we can probably have a flash archive containing the right stack.
We can setup VMware image of any size with very less effort.
Maybe have images of 3 different sizes (small, medium, large) to suit
the requirements for any user.

Yeah it is hassle free.
But, the catch is, as of now SX bits are not re-distributable.
If we choose Indiana in whatever avatar it arrives, that again might
contain bits that restrict redistribution (unless we can get a go
ahead from sun specifically for this event).
