   We can encourage using the VMware image, but might still need to
   install some machines for folks who do not have or a unwilling to
   install VMware - they'd need to download and install it themseleves
   as we cannot be distributing VMware binaries!

   Alternatively Qemu can be an Option - more logical for a FOSS
   event though compatibility will have to be checked out. Qemu
   can handle VMware disk images as well.
