[ug-bosug] Network issue at startup..

Do you have inetmenu installed on this machine ? Inetmenu lives
peacefully in a non-networked sysidcfg. But if you have configured
DHCP/Static or some naming at startup, then inetmenu *could* give this
exact same error.
Remove the inetmenu package and reboot to see if that solves this problem.
