[ug-bosug] Using mouse in Belenix LiveCD

I wanted to install solaris nevada in my friend's laptop.So I first ran the belenix liveCD. Everything works fine but mouse is not detected i.e. the default panel one which you find in all laptops. I need to use keyboard shortcuts to workaround.

If you could tell me what is wrong or direct me to where i can find some info...... it would be great.

The specifications of the laptop are,

Amd Turion 64 ML 30 processor
256mb ram
60gb hdd.
