Updating the bosug page with some description that helps it appear as one of
the first links when someone searches for India in opensolaris.org should be
just fine.
The B in bosug can stand for bharat instead of bangalore :-)
And there can always be the other local osugs.

If at all we have something like http://in.opensolaris.org, it should
probably provide pointers to India specific curriculum development (Academic
& Research) efforts.

I am not sure if localization in our case really helps improve matters, but
if there are people who are keen on driving it they should be welcome.
